The Change Style Indicator®
The Change Style Indicator® addresses and measures a respondent’s perception of change for both initiated and opposed change. After completing the self-directed questionnaire, an individual’s responses are analysed and plotted on a 120-point continuum between three key change styles.
Conservers

Pragmatists

The Change Navigator
The Change Navigator™ assessment is designed to help change leaders understand how their teams or organisations may respond during a change initiative. The exploration, followed by knowledge and insight, of how an organisation will progress through a current or planned change is vital for leaders who want faster buy-in, less resistance, and more resilient teams.
The Change Navigator™ Tool assesses an individual’s emotions as they navigate through a change initiative. The measurement tool looks at where the individual will likely fit in the four stages of transition for a specific change event:
Implementing – after options and a new reality are defined, the process of learning and building new skills, behaviour and norms begin, buy-in to the new reality is critical.
Investigating – after reactive feelings and emotions are vetted, the process of understanding and building a new reality commences, anticipation is common, honesty is critical.
Acknowledging – when a change is first initiated and individuals are made aware of the change, information is critical, there is a need for building an understanding of change and its scope, denial is often common at this point.
Reacting – after the change is acknowledged, the process of coping begins and emotions become apparent, patience is critical, and building acceptance and commitment to the change is critical.
