NNC has designed an inventory that has participants reflecting on what is important to them about the work they do. This can be used for their own reflection, as part of a leadership or team culture program, or a broader investigation into which values best represent an organisation.
The inventory was designed to give people, leaders and organisations greater insight into the type of work environment that must exist for them to feel happy, fulfilled and ultimately motivated. It has been integrated into our leadership and team culture programs together with a sophisticated conversational approach to enable leaders to better engage and connect with their people.
The process that sits around this inventory has the individual learning how to best motivate themselves and leaders move into a place of inspiring others rather than having to micromanage.

The Work Values Inventory Certification
In addition to delivering the Work Values Inventory as part of our programs, Neural Networks provides a certification program for practitioners who want to utilise the tool in their work.
