From experience we have developed a blended learning program design that delivers for our clients looking to build their leadership capability.
The online modules are delivered within a broader program design that includes Group Embedding Sessions, one on one coaching and potentially, an emotional intelligence assessment.
This ensures the leadership team have the shared experience of a learning cohort, able to support each other, learn from how others apply the content, and build a consistent approach to leadership.
The one-on-one coaching is invaluable to the participants as they nail down how to use what they have learnt for their specific context and ‘meet them where they are at’ on their leadership journey.
