The original Change Style Indicator offers:
- Individual Reports: Detailed analysis of a person's change style, including strengths and potential challenges.
- Group Reports: Aggregated data highlighting the distribution of change styles within a team, aiding in understanding group dynamics and planning interventions.
The CSI 2 only has individual reports available at present with the Group Report expected online by the end of the 2025.
