How is the CSI 2 Administered?

The Change Style Indicator® 2 (CSI 2) is administered and scored entirely online, providing a seamless and efficient experience for participants. Test takers receive a unique link from their designated administrator, allowing them to complete the assessment at their convenience.

The assessment consists of 20 items and typically takes between 2 to 10 minutes to complete. Despite its brevity, the CSI 2 delivers valuable insights into an individual’s natural approach to navigating and managing change.

The CSI 2 utilises a "forced choice" format, where participants are presented with two statements and must select the one that best aligns with their preferences. This design helps clarify their instinctive tendencies regarding change, ensuring a more accurate reflection of their personal style.
